Merry Christmas, Everyone!

The time has come for the annual holiday letter. If you are a regular reader, you are pretty much caught up on the tedious minutia that was our past year. A lot of blessings, a few trials and the blessed state of normalcy. What a great word, normalcy! The older I get, the more I think that is what we should strive for. 2009 wasn't a bad year for us, but I'm still anxious to get to 2010. 2010 seems like it holds a lot of promise. I'm hoping, anyway.

So, Merry Christmas, everyone. Have a joyful weekend and whatever you are celebrating, I hope it includes loved ones, great food and a comfy couch to curl up on.

Welcome, Christmas, indeed:

(love spirals downward, welcome christmas)

  1. 2010 is my empty nest year. I'm not looking forward to it. On the other hand, it is the year Jordan comes home.

    Merry Christmas!

  2. We should plan some sort of empty next extravaganza. Do you know where she's going, yet? If it's close...expect a party!
